Unfortunately this company left our lawn in worse shape than they found it. When we wanted to speak to them about remedy even though the customer service person somewhat realized their mistake and talked about how they would do it better this season, after speaking with the owner he came back and blamed it on the shade in our yard. I would stay away from them.

Deplorable customer service. I was a regular customer for several years and had many unpleasant issues along the way. The office staff is very rude and whenever there was a problem, they were defensive and petty. My dissatisfaction peaked in 2021 but I still gave them another chance in 2022. After the second treatment, the lawn started to turn brown. They could not diagnose anything nor provide any recommendations other than to continue with treatments. I delayed payment for the last treatment and once I told them I found another lawn service, they immediately sent the outstanding invoice to a collection agency despite having always been paid for several years regardless of my satisfaction with their service. These people have no concept of customer relations.

I called this company to ask for a quote, and they informed me they do not give them over the phone, which is fine. However I tried to ask for the name of the receptionist I spoke with, and she rudely hung up on me. I'll never use this service or refer them to anyone else cause that is awful customer service.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE from "Richie Henderson" and his nasty father. These guys are dishonest and unethical. They overquoted my lawn saying it was 54,500 sq. ft when BOTH True Green andTeed & Brown quoted me 38,000sq ft. And when I called to complain I got "Richie Henderson's" father online who was even ruder and nastier to me. And I had JUST had a survey done by RKW surveying and overlayed a satellite image on it to prove I only have 38,000 sq. ft. Stick with Teed & Brown or Tuff Lawn. I can't imagine having to deal with these truly unpleasant and UNETHICAL people all year.

For 17 years I struggled with fertilizers and my lawn would always be dead by the end of the summer. I used Tuff Lawn for one year and my grass is green and alive. The results speak for themselves!

The Norwalk, CT Tuff Lawn franchise owner performed and charged for unauthorized services to attempt to fix his oversight and mistaken analysis of my lawn problems. I am cornered as I must pay $1500 or my credit rating drops. Small claims court would only satisfy my sense of justice. I will never use this franchise owner's business again.

We hire these guys to do the tick control, which they operate under Fairfield County Tick Control. Haven't had any problems with ticks but wanted to say that Ricky and Brian not only helped me put away a big bouncy house (after labor day weekend), they had also found a bunch of little kids toys and an errant shoe and left them on the lawn chairs. It must have been a hassle to pick these up over and over and I am very grateful they didnt just spray all over and leave the toys where they may be. Very sweet.

Extremely disappointed with Tuff Lawn Service. Not customer friendly. If I could give them zero stars I would.

We are extremely pleased with the lawn care service provided by Tuff Lawn. We can always reach John if we have any questions. It is only a few months and the quality of our lawn has improved tremendously. Our lawn looks healthier and better. I am sure that my next year we will have a really beautiful lawn.
