We have dealt with very pleasant employees, they call to confirm in advance of an appointment, and they show up when they say they are going to. I truly wish we had dealt with them when we installed the garage doors initially!

Friendly staff and excellent service. I scheduled an appointment a week out and they called a few days early saying a spot opened up. We had an issue with our garage door and they came and fixed the issue quickly and took the time to explain what was going on. Definitely recommend!

Angelo came to my place and spent hours fixing part of my garage that was slanted open at the bottom and where mice were getting through. it was an extremely difficult job and one where others said it could not be done. He spent a lot of time and went way above the call of duty to fix it. And, mice not coming in anymore!

This is where to go for your next garage doors, installation and maintenance. The owner runs the business as if he'll see you in town the following day. He and his team are totally focussed on the customer and taking care of their needs long after the initial sale. We purchased two insulated doors and installation and have had them maintained by Ed's for many years since. A wonderful showroom allows you to see firsthand what you're buying along with all accessory options such as the door handles, etc. Stop looking elsewhere and go to Ed's, you won't be disappointed.

This was the first place I went to and I didn't need to check out any other competitors in the area for a quote. I was helped right away upon walking in. My salesman (Eric) was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions on the spot which helped me with making my decision that day.

Upon coming out to my location to view the 3 garage bays, he suggested a new kind of design "high lift" He immediately returned to work and sent me the pamphlets and photos explaining this new track system. We have an unusually high ceiling in our garage and this works perfectly. We've received many compliments thus far and people are very intrigued by it.

From the showroom visit with my salesman, to the installation, dealing with payment through the admin assistant - everything was seamless and we are happy with our purchase.

Don't waste your time. Called for a tune up when the tech arrived he noticed which company my door opener was and that was it. He either didn't know how to work it or it would have taken a little time to figure it out. So he leaves claims the office will call on Monday - guess what no call. That was not surprising. The doors aren't old. Go to the next as I have done. Waste of time.
