Positive Directions - The Center for Prevention & Counseling

Positive Directions has an outpatient counseling center providing treatment and medication for mental illness and substance use. We also have a prevention division that leads and funds community work in Norwalk, Fairfield and Westport to prevent substance misuse and suicide and promote mental health. We manage the federal Drug-Free Communities grant to Norwalk, which co-funds The Norwalk Partnership, along with the Human Services Council.
