William Fessler Family Dentistry

This place scams new patients, they send me a bill every week.
Went in as a new patient for a regular cleaning, which was covered by insurance, was told good during the visit. Later, they claimed I own them $128.6 and keep sending me a bill every week. Total scam, stay away!!!

I moved to Norwalk earlier this year and started going to Fessler Family Dentistry soon after I arrived here. I'm glad I stumbled upon this dental office because I've been very pleased with the quality of care I've received so far.

I mostly see Dr. Silard and he is currently overseeing my Invisalign treatment, I'm about halfway through the process and so far very happy with the experience and the results. It's very convenient to get Invisalign done here rather than having to find a separate orthodontist.

The office staff here are all very nice and there is never a long wait in the waiting room. The operating hours are also convenient for me.

I've been coming to Dr. Fessler for over 20 years. Dr. Fessler and his staff are super friendly and very professional. I've always had a great experience. Today I had a work call that ran 20 minutes into my appointment and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They still managed to fit me in.

Dr. Silard and his team did a wonderful job for me twice in the past year. Great chair-side manner and a really nice guy. My teeth feel and look great ! He's a very knowledgeable and attentive dentist and I would recommend to anyone and their family

I've been a patient here for many years and absolutely adore Dr. Fessler and his staff. The practice is well run, the office is immaculately clean, and the dental hygienists are so gentle and caring. They are also wonderful with dental emergencies. Dr. Fessler is such an exceptional dentist and very personable. I would highly recommend this outstanding dental practice.
