We had such an amazing time this year! Here's to another year of making a difference and creating positive change in the world!
As we close out another year at Rustic Roots, I wanted to take some time to reflect on the milestones and accomplishments that made it truly memorable. 💯 This year, we reached a milestone of working with over 100 nonprofits over the course of the company. Each and every project has been a profound opportunity for us to make a meaningful difference and create positive change in the world. 🌱 Expanding our presence in Connecticut and NYC was a significant step towards broadening our impact and serving a larger community. By establishing partnerships with local nonprofits and organizations, we have been able to extend our reach and support more and more people. I'm a big believer in the power of community, and we have found that abundantly up here. Be Social Change, Impact Hub New York Metropolitan Area, YNPN-NYC, Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Fairfield County Chapter, Cause Marketing Summit, and the NYC Nonprofit Club have all been amazing communities of people in the social impact sector. I have also joined the boards of YNPN-NYC and Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Fairfield County Chapter. 👏 The addition of Maria Bryan and Sam Comer to our team has been a game-changer. Their expertise and dedication have propelled us to new heights and allowed us to make a significant impact on the nonprofit community. In May, we brought on Maria as our Director of Storytelling. Her insight into nonprofit and fundraising communications has added so much value to our team. She has been able to expand our services to include digital fundraising and communication campaigns. In July, Sam joined our team as a Video Storyteller. His creative vision and production knowledge have impacted the way we serve our clients. 🏢 In July, our Knoxville office moved into the Regas Building. This office allows us to be closer to our Knoxville clients and the ability to use the facilities and meeting rooms that the Regas Building offers. 🎉 One of the highlights of our year was attending the AFP Global ICON and Fundraising Day New York. These conferences brought together nonprofit professionals and leaders from around the world, providing a space for learning, networking, and inspiration. We are filled with gratitude for the incredible experiences, achievements, and milestones that have shaped our journey. We are excited about the future and the opportunities that await us.
