The South End is an incredible asset for the City of Stamford with its thousands of units of housing, miles of waterfront access, acres of parks and activities for all ages (thank you Building and Land Technology). It's exciting to see the investment extend to the historic parts of the neighborhood. I can't wait to see what Andres Hogg brings to Pacific Street! It truly is a gem just waiting for a little shine. "Lisa Feinberg, We couldn't agree more!", commented R&M's Senior Planner Raymond Mazzeo, AICP, "Developing property through historic preservation is a such a delicate and artful process. Andres Hogg and the team did an amazing job working through all the design details while considering the different perspectives of nearby neighbors and the greater City of Stamford South End neighborhood. This was no easy task, with several rounds of Zoning Board approvals, including Text Changes, Zone Changes, Special Permits, Historic Preservation and Site and Architectural Plans. We are so proud to have been part of the development team and can’t wait to see the new (and very old!) buildings completed!" do h chung Architect, Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP #development #landplanning #aec
