At the Living Future 24 conference in Atlanta - bringing together passionate sustainability leaders and innovators united in the regenerative movement -- HMTX’s Director of Sustainability Arthur Clarke III was featured in the panel “Consider the Trade-offs: Good Data, Human Health, Environmental Impact” this afternoon. The session, attended by over 50 people, explored how having good data helps manufacturers evaluate human health and environmental impacts as well as marketing their products without the risk of greenwashing along with meeting transparency needs. Attendees also flocked to HMTX’s booth where our eco-friendly flooring products were on display – ASPECTA Contours, Teknoflor's Nature’s Tile + Plank, Teknoflor Naturescapes and SRP TPU flooring. Last month, in honor of Earth Day, the HMTX Industries STIC Team hosted a campus beautification event where Metroflor Corp. employees joined in to plant flowers and shrubs at the HMTX Print Shop in Calhoun, GA. The planting event, led by Product Testing & Support Specialist, Henry McClurken, allows HMTX Industries to give back to nature and to showcase the beauty of the local area, with native and pollinator friendly plant species utilized. Following the event, the campus team enjoyed lunch together where Katie Cooper, Sustainability Specialist, shared exciting updates about the Calhoun Campus Recycling Program and surveyed attendees about their recycling habits to better inform the expansion of campus recycling initiatives.

#PVCFILM #YUNJIA #HMTX HMTX Team Visits YUNJIA, Solidifying Future Collaborations On April 20th and 21st, members of the HMTX sourcing, product, design and samples teams traveled to Huangshan YUNJIA and Hangzhou YUNJIA. The purpose of the visit was to enhance mutual understanding and explore further collaboration opportunities. During their stay, the HMTX team was given a comprehensive tour of the facilities, including the raw material handling department, the innovative design department, and the state-of-the-art production lines. The visit provided a firsthand look at the sophisticated operations and the cutting-edge technologies employed by YUNJIA. The team members from HMTX noted that they were particularly impressed with the dedication and professionalism displayed by the YUNJIA staff. They were also inspired by the range and quality of materials available in the raw material handling department, as well as the innovative designs being developed in the design department. This visit laid a solid foundation for future collaborations between HMTX and YUNJIA. Both parties are looking forward to leveraging their strengths to further solidify the business partnership and create successful products for their respective markets.
